Ways to reach us

For lesson inquiries, the most helpful details are your current level, what music you want to play, and whether you can practice weekly or in smaller blocks. If you already have a piece in progress, include the title and the spot that keeps stalling you. That gives us enough information to suggest a first lesson structure without guesswork.

Quick answers before you write

Some questions come up in nearly every inquiry: how to start, what to bring, and how lesson logistics work across Norway. These answers are meant to be practical. If you have a specific schedule constraint or exam timeline, tell us in a short message and we will respond with a realistic plan.

What should I include in my first message?

Three items are enough: your current level, your musical goal, and your weekly availability. If you are based in Norway and considering online lessons, mention your setup (digital piano model, headphones, and whether you can place a camera to show hands).

Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes. A trial lesson is used to check fundamentals and agree on a realistic weekly plan. You will leave with a short practice structure that you can repeat immediately, even before committing to a regular slot.

Can lessons work if I can only practice a few days a week?

They can. We often structure practice as short blocks with clear “stop points” so progress still happens on ordinary weekdays. The key is consistency: a few focused sessions typically beat one long session.

Do you teach adults as well as children?

Yes. Adult learners often appreciate clear technical explanations and measurable tasks. For younger beginners, we keep goals small, teach reading in bite-sized steps, and build coordination without overloading attention.

How do you handle privacy for contact requests?

We use your contact details to respond and coordinate lessons. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Cookies for analytics and marketing are optional and controlled through the cookie preferences tools linked in the footer.
